It's not the EBT's that get them into trouble, it's the non-disclosure of remuneration to the governing body.

This is the scandal, Bryson was allowed to tell Nimmo Smith that there was no problem with Rangers registrations,and Nimmo Smith was not allowed to comment on the Wee Tax Case, which has never been paid.

Whoever feels safe from punishment, misbehaves. Rangers then and now do what they like, and always have done as they know they're safe from punishment, and LNS proves this.
