I just rated my team and I have pretty much no chance of making the playoffs. Everyone loves an underdog though!

    Likewise hahahaha

    Overview:
Let us say this as nicely as we can. This team is brutal. It is below average and/or too thin at all three core positions (quarterback, running back and receiver).
To make this team into a serious contender, you are going to need to be extremely active in trades and on the waiver wire. You esentially need to turn over significant parts of this roster. Last year running backs like C.J. Anderson and Jeremy Hill could be had dirt cheap at the draft. Additionally, wide receivers like Odell Beckham, Jr. and Brandon LaFell were available after a lot of the drafts. Quarterbacks like Ben Roethlisberger from last year and Nick Foles in 2013 could be had cheap just after draft time. You are likely going to need to land many of this year's top waiver plays to make any significant noise, so pay close attention to increased workloads, targets, injuries, etc.Players we particularly like on this team include Latavius Murray and Mason Crosby. We have both these guys ranked ahead of where they are typically being drafted.
    Bottom line:
    • With great inseason management, we think you have about a 40 percent chance of making the playoffs.
    • With good inseason management, we think you have about a 20 percent chance of making the playoffs.
    • With average inseason management, we think you have a 3 percent chance of making the playoffs.

Last year it said I'd win 4 games. I made the play off final! All about your management through the season I think. Teams will all change by the play offs. Can't wait for the new season to start. Only a few more weeks.

Plus nobody expects much from Patriot fans anyway. If they knew anything about football they wouldn't follow New England

Is that why you lot are so good at fantasy?!

I've missed our NFL banter - unlike the fitba', it never gets poisonous

Definitely! It's a shame we're so geographically dispersed as it would've been good to do some kind of meet up for the games one week!

That would have been brilliant, if anyone from edinburgh is looking for a new bar to watch the games check out beers and skittles under steak restaurant near the omni centre. Awesome place!

Currently doing a few bar opens around the country but I'm moving permanently to manage our new Soho bar next month.

It's an option! I'm sure there'll be plenty of suitable bars - beer selection questionable though. Either way, it'll be fun!

Soho? We'll all need to take some serious loans to buy a round!

To be honest, just going to any pub in London you need a bank loan.

    Just rated my team:

We think you're looking good at quarterback and running back, and tight end is a plus for this team as well. Your squad is therefore easy for us to like despite a bit of weakness at the receiver position. But as weaknesses go, this is one is survivable. It's usually relatively easy to find fill-in guys on a weekly basis until a better player emerges during the season. As long as you stay on top of things inseason, you should be among the top teams in the league.
Players we particularly like on this team include Ben Roethlisberger, Javorius Allen, Kyle Rudolph, and Blake Bortles. We have all these guys ranked ahead of where they are typically being drafted.
    Bottom line:
    • With great inseason management, we think you have about a 75 percent chance of making the playoffs.
    • With good inseason management, we think you have about a 60 percent chance of making the playoffs.
    • With average inseason management, we think you have a 41 percent chance of making the playoffs.

    Relatively happy with that!

Excellent news. Season hasn't even started and I've lost two players. I guess you can count me out this year since there are very few players left over in a 16 team league.

Given your high-standard taste in quality beers, certainly do pass on the name/location once you're open and running
