Doesn't seem fair to change the rules midway through a draft if I'm honest. Tight End is a position some people haven't drafted yet and if it all of a sudden becomes a flex then the value of the tight ends left changes.

I agree with giving people a little more time because if a person's pick starts at 8pm it ends at 8am and, depending on their schedule, most of their 12 hours could be taken up by sleep. I don't think we need to give people at the head / tail of the snake 24 hours though. Maybe expanding the pick time for everyone to 24 hours is better. If we scrap it completely then people could take days, and there's no need for that. I'm not sure what to think about people who are active on the board but not picking though, that's a little different. Does he know it's his pick? Originally Posted by DH1875

I think 12 has worked fine and kept it at a reasonable pace. 24 per person would likely slow down what has been a good showing so far.

Fair enough. I'm no master strategist but everything I have learned about FF over the past couple of years points to QBs going later in the draft and backup QBs below that. Personally speaking, my own hope is that my first QB pick will be good enough and I only need to find a backup to plug in the bye-week gap. It's all a crapshoot. Last year my starting RBs in three leagues were all injured at the start of the season. We really don't know what to expect.
