Once the teams have been selected you will be able to make changes. Trades. Waiver wire. You will be okay as long as you make sure you have a working quarterback

Ah I see. It was my backup anyway so its not as big a deal but I was curious as to what you're options are when something like that happens. I'm sure i'll have more beginner questions for you later

Depending on how quickly we get through the remainder of the draft, it might even be possible to have one more round for people to swap out a single player to account for pre-season injuries, etc. I think most people will be happy with their roster so if we do add one final round I think it will go by quickly. I know that I won't be making any roster swaps unless a player I've picked gets injured.

BTW, some leagues offer an IR spot as well as bench spots. That means if one of your starters gets injured but should be back sometime later in the season, you don't need to drop him and he doesn't take up a spot on your bench. Not sure if NFL.com does that but I know that ESPN does.

It was bad enough trying to sync schedules when there were only 10-12 of us. Add another 4 people into the mix and a live draft would be nearly impossible!

Maybe if it's planned well enough in advance or something? I think a live draft would be pretty sweet but I still don't think we could get it to work.
