Has a figure been set for the football related debts for football related debts for Hearts?
I was talking to Andy Driver's former flatmate and he reckons he was due around £135,000 in unpaid wages from Hearts.
Those sort of figures will be a lot to carry for any Newco in League Two or the Lowland League.

"Hearts are a step closer to avoiding liquidation after it was reported that the majority of UBIG creditors have voted to sell their shares in the club.
With Ukio creditors meeting today, it is hoped that they too will agree to a sale."
#allisbarry, Evening News today.
He categorically stated that UKIO Creditors were meeting today.Last edited by Keith_M; 07-04-2014 at 02:18 PM.

Although there's no statement today and the meeting has broken up, it seems the understanding is that talk will continue over the next few days!!?
Also where does this leave Budgie? She was the one who said that if it wasn't done today, she was off!!?

Unless BDO got some form of guarantee from UKIO lawyers that a meeting will take place within the next 2 weeks and the CVA passed, IMHO they will pull the plug today or tomorrow. This could all be over soon.

They had a cup of tea with UKIOs lawyers. No meeting has been arranged with creditors. No statement has been issued which probably would have been had there been anything positive to state. I think.
Miles away from all the positive spin and "they're getting away with it" nonsense.
They need something big to happen quickly or its goodnight Vienna.

The understanding was that there was a meeting of the UKIO Creditors today but there is no evidence that it actually occured.
