I wonder how long it will be before some Kickbacker uses the Ukrainian situation as an excuse for Hearts failure to implement the CVA.
Now that is a good idea

I see new regulations covering Pay-Day lenders is coming into force in a couple of months and will require all of their advertising to carry a " risk Warning ".

I wonder if that will apply to the Yam strips if the " Heart and Soul of Edinburgh " renew their partnership with that bastion of enlightenment that is Wonga.

A risk warning on the bloodied-turd coloured jerseys is long overdue, with or without the Wonga logo, if you ask me.

I understand that on the Hearts strips underneath the logo the words "use of this product could render your finances unsound" must appear, that's under the Wonga logo not the HoMFC logo.

*hs anyone ever thought that choosing wonga as sponsors was a wee last joke from VR?

When we get beat and everyone is moaning how bad we are there're is something reassuring about coming onto this thread as it's all about the Hear7s self inflicted problems and we know that that's not going to be us in a few years time .We don't need any Memorandum of Understanding ,as we understand how to Prudently Manage our Finances and adhere to the Principles of Sporting Integrity.

A contributing factor in the length of this thread is the frequency of our defeats these days.

Some Jumbo on Kickback has said the below about Rangers possibly going into admin

"So a club can essentially ***** loads of cash to secure a title then fall into admin to cancel the debts racked up but still benefit from the fruits of that financial piracy?"

    That's the blueprint then!

They don't get it do they

Not least because Sevco aren't doing it to shed debt...they don't have any debt. Not the sharpest tools in the box when it comes to financial matters over there, as they've proven time and again. Lest we forget, these are the half-wits who believed they 'owed it to themselves' right up to the point when the creditors knocked on their door

What this does cement is the fact of how difficult it is for a club even after exiting administration (if indeed they do), as simply cutting the wage bill and shedding old debt doesn't alleviate other costs that put you into administration in the first place.

Ask Coventry - Portsmouth (twice) and closer to home, Gretna, Airdrieonians and Clydebank.

Given that everything is still embroiled in dealings of the courts in Lithuania, It could be said that Hearts are in a perilously worse position than those aforementioned clubs.

The article is not important, just about Jankauskas getting a start in coaching.

Check his sweat-shirt. The Milan fashion queen must still be in business, the R - Revolution line coming soon to a Matalan store near you.

Those tops will be doing the rounds at any given third rate knock-off market for the next ten years. They go full circle and end up being sold at The Barras by 2020 (as "taaps"), 3 for a fiver - "Erra RR taaps, thrree'frah'poun".

I dislike the Huns deliberately going into a second administration in a shameless bid to try and marginalise Hearts valiant liquidation attempts, so I'm posting this to show my support for Edinburgh football.

So my good friend and "respected" poster on Brokeback has just told me BDO will announce in the next couple of days that a deal has been reached with the Lith's. Admin will be exited in 4-6 weeks.

Specifically asked for Sergey's view on this (they don't like you over there!).
Well that's 6 weeks since your "respected" (not by many on here ) pal was telling anyone who would listen that they would be out of Administration by now.

But in that time absolutely nothing has happened. I would specifically ask for Sergey's views on this but I would be wasting my time as he would just say what he's been saying all along............. it's going to be a long, long process.

Sure they've made a few noises about what they'll do when they get the shares with Anne Budge and FOH making all sorts of promises, but I've got plans for when I win the lottery but guess what........... that hasn't happened yet either We've also had a visit to Lithuania by Jackson but that clearly didn't bear any fruit as BAnderson hasn't been told to spin a positive story about it.

So other than being 5 points adrift at the bottom of the table (oops sorry, I forgot about the 15 points penalty so that'll be 20 points) there's nothing new.

On the subject of 15 points, it's not going to take too many more delays before they find themselves kicking off next season on -15 points. If they survive the summer that is

Do you think we could end up going into Administration ? As that was all I was meaning we won't as we are run Prudently all be it in last few years we have not made profits the way we used to and run up more debt but it's still very manageable . Another four seasons like the last four could certainly increase our Debt but think we can only go up the way again from next season

I'm maybe speaking out of turn, but I think he was meaning that he takes no reassurance from this thread that Hibs are any good.

And, FYI, we have made profits in 5 out of the last 7 years AND reduced our debt. Just don't tell the Yams....

You'll forgive me if I thought you were talking about seeking solace on this thread from our footballing woes as you wrote, "When we get beat and everyone is moaning how bad we are".

Maybe paying attention to what you yourself write will keep you on topic as I'm not around to put you right all the time and lack the required mind-reading abilities when you write about one thing but actually mean another.

Think you may well be talking rubbish.

Do you have the figures for this increased debt?

Yam economists will tell you that Hibs debt has increased markedly in the last 5 years and indeed it did take a large jump upwards in 2010. Around the same time a huge green and white thing appeared on the east side of our stadium. Wonder if these seemingly unrelated incidents might have a connection?

I'm sure there will be some sort of numbers floating around on keechboak alluding to our massive unaffordable commitments.

To be fair it's not his forecast, he just puts up what David "self sufficient" Southern tells him to.

It's just one timescale after another from them. When they went into Admin they said they would be out and debt free (including the debt to the poppy factory) in 2 weeks.

They'll be telling us next that the shares aren't actually frozen!!

A fair point, but hopefully you'll forgive me for pointing out:

    Hibs net debt at 31 July 2005 - £9,293,953.

    Hibs net debt at 31 July 2013 - £5,545,076.

And in that time we built a new stand and a training centre while (back on topic) Hearts went bust.
