I just find it hard to believe given all the obstacles in the way, not least the fact that, as far as i`m aware, under Lith law there has to be a shareholders meeting to ratify the CVA. That is scheduled to take place " sometime in the first quarter of 2014 " if i remember correctly. I stand to be corrected on all this if i`m wrong of course.....
