Fees will be agreed with ukio admins and drawn from funds held after the sale of the assets. This will be the same in both admin and liquidation. In a cva, I believe there will be ongoing costs for bdo to act as supervisor, although I've no idea who foots that bill.

The £2.5m goes to UKIO for their shares and the stadium. If Bob bids, say £1m for UBIGS shares then I believe the UBIG admin is duty bound to accept because the alternative is nothing so Bobs bid would be a higher return for UBIGS creditors. Bob would then have a 50% shareholding and a fair bit of leverage. 29.9% of Hearts and Tynecastle are no use to the FOH without the 50% UBIG shares.
