Why delay it for another week then if it's to be accepted? Surely something in that?

Sergey who is the Gassman on chargetozerobutstill4pointsback? Seems to think he has all the answers and is in the know! Everybody over there loves him. But they probably love him because he's their mum or dad or brother or sister.

HMRC have no influence ? HMRC have over 50% of the non-connected creditors vote which would block a CVA if HMRC vote against it. A no- vote is almost a certainty given the yam circumstances.

BDO know this and to prevent it the say UBIG and Ukio are now not connected because they too are in administration. This is a nonsense opinion with no grounding in law, regulation , or precedent and I would fully expect HMRC to appeal the opinion should it come to that.

There is no money in it for HMRC but they won't like their vote being negated by a con-trick or a piece of dodgy precedent on the record that may cause problems in other CVA cases years down the line.

HMRC could have a deciding influence if they so choose.

They may not hold hearts responsible but it doesn't mean they have to accept the CVA on the table.

One minute your posts say hearts are Donald ducked the next say they will have a cva excepted and be fine. Which is it or are you an undercover yam?

Who they hold responsible is irrelevant, their only duty is to get the best possible outcome for the creditors of UBIG and Ukio and whether they believe the FoH offer to be the best available remains to be seen.

It's also worth remembering that they are not working with BDO in the yaministration, they're working in direct opposition to them - they want the highest sum of money they can get.

This is like a 5 set tennis slam final. After racing into a 2 set lead it looked like Justice could wrap up a straight sets victory. Over the past few weeks, the Thief's have managed to claw it back to two sets each. This final game in the deciding set has been at Deuce for a while now, could it now be Advantage Justice???
