Looks like their fantasy of being saved from relegation by Killie going into administration is up the spout.
LOCAL businessman Billy Bowie, owner of a haulage and waste disposal firm, has added a seven-figure sum to the Killie kitty despite already sinking £250,000 into the club earlier this season.
KILMARNOCK celebrated their biggest result of the season last night when the club received a £1million cash injection.
Killie have yet to win a game in 10 league and cup attempts under boss Allan Johnston. But chairman Michael Johnston landed the windfall on the day it was rumoured that he was selling the club to a consortium. Local businessman Billy Bowie, owner of a haulage and waste disposal firm, became Kilmarnock’s second largest shareholder when he put £250,000 into the club earlier this season.
Now the man who joined Johnston on the Rugby Park board of directors after making his initial investment has added a seven-figure sum to the Killie kitty.
Johnston said: “How the money is used has still to be ironed out but Billy and I both hope it might encourage other local businessmen to invest in the club.
“I don’t know where the rumours about me selling up came from but they are untrue.”

I was going to post a link from the Hearts Official site with the names of the trustees that allowed the Big Hearts Trust to be dipped to the tune of £ 34,000 but it seems to have been removed. I wonder why ?
Did find this link though.

Dr Andrew Murray, 250quid. I know him, told him last year he shouldn't be working for them if he wanted paid. He's an aberdeen fan and is often in the news for raising money for good causes running extreme marathons. He ran from John ogroats to Morocco a few years ago. Top guy, should have known better than to get involved with them....

Never realised Scott Wilson was a creditor. Here was me thinking he did the stadium gigs for free.
Everytime you look at that list another wee gem appears. Horrible club.
