i checked the rules on scotprem web site http://www.scotprem.com/content/medi...BER%202012.pdf they will be deducted points. They are also saying the same over on brokeback

No they don't.

Where a Club which was a member of the League in the immediately preceding Season takes, suffers or is subject to an Insolvency Event that Club shall be deducted the greater of 10 points and one third, rounded up to the nearest whole number, of the total number of points, excluding any points deducted for any reason, gained by that Club in the League in the immediately preceding Season

They will get the 15 points deduction, but it wont matter as they will not exist by the start of next season

I spotted that too. Surely clubs can't enter and exit administration during the close close season and not be penalised?

Even if that had been the case, there's no way their mess will be sorted out so quickly - there's the UBIG/UKIO debt to sort out as well as local creditors.

They've always believed you just cancel the debt and start again. Mind you, plenty of clubs have managed just about that so I will wait and see how this all pans out before getting too excited about never seeing them again.

Anyone in the know have an idea of how much an administrator charges for their services? Cant be cheap id imagine and thats another cost any potential buyer has to factor in.
