After seeing the yams on twitter, kickback etc etc. I can fully conclude guys that everything is top notch at hearts, couldn't be better because we haven't won the cup since 1902 and oh oh 5-1.
Sorry guys, seems the show is over.
Hahaha their delusion is truly mind blowing, never fails to amaze me!

Shaun William Roaster on allisbarry.com
"7-0 was always just a single freak result to me. It was not a record and as that belonged to us, along with total superiority and domination of the fixture in my lifetime, I never gave a crap. To be honest, pumping them in the 06 semi killed them off for good, the 5-1 final was just hilarious entertainment."
Coming from someone who's club is in the football hospice on maximum morphine with the family at the bedside, that one's a beauty.
Maybe it's just having difficulty coping with the concept of death.
Presumably 6-2 was just another single freak result.

@JKBmeltdown: Why does nobody want us?
@JKBmeltdown: A £25m debt, £2.5m yearly deficit and a crumbling stadium might have something to do with it.

I know how this type of post come across so I'll state beforehand I understand any skepticism. It's not all new info but still.
I've just had a lengthy chat with someone who works at Hearts (I work in media, behind the scenes so have a few contacts and friends in football) I won't say who, for obvious reasons, but they are definitely someone who is "in the know". Anyway, here's a few of the interesting bits.
Hearts are really struggling and not just financially. Morale is rock bottom amongst non-playing staff and they are pretty much just going through the motions now.
It's incredibly unlikely they'll make the start of the season, they need to sell a few thousand more season tickets just to reach what they previously thought was their worst case scenario.
Money "never stays in one place long". It's literally been spent as soon as it's getting recieved just now.
It's all about saving the club now, hence the selling of players. If that means having a horrible season because the best players have gone then so be it.
The SPL have thus far been "very unhelpful". I got the impression Hearts expected help akin to Rangers and Gretna. They asked for an advance on TV money. The SPL said this isn't possible as if Hearts spend it and still don't make the start of the season then thats less money for their replacement. Rangers had commercial clout that Hearts just simply do not have. "The SPL is surviving better than expected without Rangers, losing Hearts is not overly concerning"
The SPL are "like flies round poo". They've got a lawyer on retainer in Lithuania to give them advice on UBIG and Ukio. They are asking difficult questions of Hearts. "Wouldn't be surprised if Hearts are made an example of"
FOH is just PR, the club doesn't think they'll actually be able to get an acceptable bid together but they are letting them go through the motions because it doesn't want to be seen to be against the option because they aren't, its just realistically not going to happen.
The club is only aware of the "Scandinavian Bid" through the media, they know nothing about them and have had no contact as of this morning. "A lot of work is needed for any bid and time is not on anyones side.
Overall the outlook for them is incredibly bleak. "It's a massive uphill battle" and "the club is on life support". Avoiding administration is unlikely without several bits of good fortune. Believes if they do go into admin then more bidders will step forward. "The web of debt" and the shareholding and Tynecastle are huge causes for concern. Even if they do avoid it "it'll be quite sometime before success is expected " but whatever happens there are people who will "be working to the bitter end"
I'm sure there are some bits I've forgotten. The overall mood was one of dejection and grief. Some of them really love the club and believe in it. They want to shed this "cheats and criminals" moniker and just get a fresh start. I asked why they were so open with me but not someone who could go public on a larger scale and they said "The media doesn't want to be responsible for killing a club, STV are the only bee in Hearts bonnet" I said "What about Barry Anderson" they said "Polite enough but denser than a slab of lead" and "He's a reporter, will never be a journalist.
Anyway there you have it.
