Maybe he's had enough of STV interviews and decided to take the money and run?

There was some kind of lock-in of the shares the Directors etc. got for 1 penny each. I don't think they can sell them until next December.
who Knows what they will be worth then ? A penny may'be.

That said, I am less sure about the coming season. The fact that there are obviously cost-cutting measures being taken says that CG has looked at the budget and gone "ouch".

Like CWG I reckon the share issue will keep them going for a while. The amount of money quoted in the interim accounts as being in the bank is sufficiently close to the amount raised to indicate that the timing of the issue was to stop them running out of cash by now.
There are rumours on another site that Cenkos who administered the issue are having hassle from the institutional investors. Awkward subjects like dividends, future share price and a CEO alleged to have made racist comments are likely to have featured. Perhaps these investors will want a change in company policies and maybe even senior personnel.

Does anyone else find it ironic/curious that the downfall of the bluenoses is being orchestrated by 'Green & Whyte'?

Even more serious do do for Chuckie. He appointed Whyte as a director of Sevco 5088, as you would do to a guy you had never met before !

I can't vouch for the following, but if true. Blinking Flip!
@timomouse: As for grapevine rumours, before trading opens on Monday, Rangers shares will be suspended and an announcement made to AIM
@timomouse: This will be regarding an MVL in which shares will pass immediately to a consortium headed by Walter Smith for a new newco.
@timomouse: However, they will not have deeds to Ibrox and Murray Park. The rest of season will be 3-0 defeats with newco starting in Paisley in SFL2
@timomouse: The Rangers Football Club Est 2012 will play their last ever game at Ibrox tomorrow.

If it's an MVL, I would've thought a liquidator would have to be appointed before the shares can go anywhere.
If TRFC owns the properties, (big IF I know), then buying the shares would buy them as well.

Seems a bit too conveniently good to be true in an agentScotland kind of way.

The shares took a big knock today, finishing at 65.50p. Interesting that somebody bought 20k of them at the end of trading

Jabba has been magnificent. Fire rages at start of week, leave it , bigger fire rages leave that as well. I feel a resignation and a blaming of others in the offing.

There's a board meeting at Ibroke before the Clyde game tomorrow. I would love to be a fly on the wall there.
