This is going to be a MENTAL week in terms of free agency signings.

Great news though - not too far away from both seasons getting underway. My favourite time of the year

As much as I'd love to agree to a .net fantasy league, undoubtedly I'll forget to action on a weekly basis, as I'm so busy right now!

Mark Sanchez ran a training camp for the Jets at his home in Californa. All the players didn't turn up but I think a couple of players from other teams did.

    Santonio Holmes

Signed a new 5 year contract, get in .

Yeah sounds good. Drop me a PM with the details!

WFAN is reporting Asomugha is down to us or Houston. If we pull this off I think I will, to quote a fellow jet fan, put on a big boy diaper and **** myself with excitement.

I'm a little apprehensive about our trade today, swapping a 2013 5th round draft pick for Redskins DL Albert Haynesworth.

He's renowned for his troublesome demeanor in the clubhouse and there's no real surprise that the Redskins wanted him out. Having said that, Randy Moss and Corey Dillon were both in similar positions before they arrived in Foxborough and Belichick got them to perform out of their skin!

Assuming he does come with the right attitude, he gives us some SUPERB goal line options and also allows us to try some 4-3 defensive packages, which isn't a typical approach for us.

I sincerely hope the rumours of Ochocinco are unfounded though...

If it's a question of money then it's Houston. If it's a question of everything else then it has to be us. The positive is, it looks like it's a question of everything else and he's already said he'd like to live in New York, play under Rex and along side Revis. He will come to us for $12 million a year but anyone else has to stump up $15+ million . Sanchez is offering to restructure his contract to get the deal done and we've already got rid of Clemens, Weatherford and Brad Smith with Cro and Edwards likely to be next out the door. When you consider we are $10 million under the cap just now, it really makes for some intresting times ahead.

As for the Jets league, PM me your email and I'll get an invite sent out to you. (It wont be from me) Our draft is August 25th around about 9pm and we're using ESPN.

Ochocinco is now a Patriot. Will be interesting to see how he gets on in a more professional environment under BB, seems like he ran the show at Cincinatti.

Damn, it was just rumours the last I heard.

Ach well, if anyone can get the best out of him as a player, it's BB.

Great news . Nearly makes up for all the talk about us and Moss .

Did you guy's see that Kolb has gone to the Cardinals. They traided DRC and a 2nd round pick for him . Still starts to make my Favre to the Eagles story I posted last week more believable.

I'm hearing he's signed a 5 year deal with the Eagles. Got to be honest and say I never saw that coming.

Confirmation that they have also signed Vince Young.

Not long to go now! 4 weeks til the NCAA gets underway, when Navy will smash OSU and those Michigan WOLVERINES will open at the BIG House vs Western Michigan
