Seems heck of an unfair in saying that they had to change /adapt ownership by 1st of March by which time they would likely be in quarter finals so some accountability by the club i think.
Lyon qualifying via a technicality as well should surely lose their place first?
It's all a bit of a mess this approach to blended ownership. You can be in a group ala city or red bull and compete in same competition as well as sign players within the group for discounted prices but minority shareholders (who dont share any analysis or players) cant have shares in other clubs
Is Man C not in a multi club system too.
You just know that the next time there's a lucrative European offer up for grabs and Hibs have it in our sights that Bournemouth will do a Leicester and screw us over.
Has it ever been clarified what would happen if Hibs and Bournemout/Lorient were in the same competition in Europe? I'd understand the rule if clubs are under full ownership but where it is just a minority shareholding it makes no sense at all. In our case, BKFC have had little influence on our operations.
It's surely not being part of a multi club system that is the issue but having the paperwork sorted in order to be part of a multi club system?Quote:

The ground itself was also a throwback to the good old days, not quite p@sh flowing down the terraces but the mens loos were of the open to the elements variety that used to be common here.
