How much for a walk up ticket to watch Hibs women at Meadowbank?

Eddie W B jumps about a lot in football - he might be better as a Director of Football at Hibs Women / Girls - i saw the u18s got turned over by Glasgow city at the weekend 8-1. So there is definitely work to be done on the pipeline. But it maybe with the change to "professional" status that they are now less interested in bringing players through. (I think thats going to be an issue at lots of the clubs moving forward)
Grant was doing a good job rebuilding at St J women, even got some investment from his board. Then he left to go to Grimsby i think.

Seems a decent fella despite the Rangers association.
Hearts bringing in another decent player. Getting closer in squad quality to Hibs now.

I know it is not Scotland or Hibs related but Switzerland had 4 Hattrick scorers in their team last night when they beat Moldova 15-0. I cannot think of another game where this has happened. Sow scored a 13 minute hattrick, Crnogorcevic scored one in 21 minutes, Xhemaili scored one in 23 minuted and Reuteler scored 2 goals in 2 minutes in 1st half injury time but didn't score her third until the 88th minute! The longest the Moldovan's went without conceding was 21 minutes, between the 1st and 2nd goals. That must be so demoralising for them.

Missed the news about Keira Walsh going to Barca for 350k. Another big step forward for the womens game.
World Cup play-offs, Scotland women get a home tie with Austria, and hopefully Ireland a few days later, tough task to get past the Austrians though
Women's World Cup: 'Big Hampden boost' as Scotland draw Austria and Republic of Ireland - BBC Sport
Scotland head coach Pedro Martinez Losa says home advantage in the Women's World Cup play-offs is "a big boost" after being drawn against Austria and Republic of Ireland.
The Scots must beat Euro 2022 quarter-finalists Austria at Hampden on 6 October if they are to then host the improving Irish five days later.
Scotland were one of nine European group runners-up in Friday's draw.

other than the humiliation v celtic i don't think it's fair to judge him against another FT side in Glasgow City, at least that scoreline is,although expected, more palatable, we're not going to be challenging the Glasgow three anytime soon unfortunately, that's Celtic and Glasgow city out the road now and hopefully start picking up points against the sides at our level, just like our mens teams we just need/want to be the best of the rest, i'd be delighted with 4th for the women, and 3rd for the men :)
I've only seen the first half against Celtic this season so I'm not well placed to judge.
For those that have seen the games, have the scorelines reflected poor performances by Hibs? If so then it's fair to ask questions about Gibson given the backing he had in the summer. Bringing in players from overseas will be more expensive than picking up Scottish players from a limited pool.
Spartans today. A game you’d think Hibs really need to win to get the season moving. Spartans haven’t improved since last season so I reckon a 2-0 win for Hibs.

Thought Scotland maybe rode their luck a wee bit at times but it was always going to be a tough and close game against a country above them in the rankings. I thought their recent win over Ukraine was one of the best performances I've seen by any Scotland team.
4 years ago we had Kim Little who was one of the top players in the world. However the squad we have now is good and they weren’t as good tonight as they have been in the last few games. I do think there were maybe a few nerves but they defended the box well and limited Austria to only a couple of real chances. Worth remembering that Austria finished 2nd behind England in their Euros group in the summer so they’re a good side.
Thought Abi Harrison was great when she came on and made a big difference in getting us up the park
Not really I'm afraid 😂
I only know about it cause Joel Sked discussed it on AVFTT last Friday. I would imagine the BBC website will have something up soon explaining what needs to happen.
Although I think it's probs a case of goal differences
Edit, BBC have put something up, and it's a lot more complicated 😂😂 But should Scotland win in normal time it might be fine 🤔

76k at Wembley last night to see England's women beat the USA. Their game has taken off to a stunning extent.
Can't deny the numbers are impressive but any idea how much the tickets were? I know the whole point is to build up the women's game and get folk attending and involved, but still frustrating that the tickets are so much cheaper than the man's international games (if they were cheaper last night!)
Frustrating in what way?
I had a look and ticket prices ranged from £5 (kids) to £40. Not exactly dirt cheap but then the genuine quality of football on show justifies the prices I'd say.
Euro champions v World Cup holders was always going to attract a bumper crowd, though a sell-out for a friendly is impressive.
Disappointing from the Ladies ,I feel they should have claimed at least a point today , against what was a poor Rangers team who will feel lucky to have escaped with 3 points

Just checked the ticket sales for the women's derby and most of the West Lower has gone with only a few single tickets and the end sections remaining.
Last time we played Hearts at Easter Road the West Upper was open and I'm just waiting for that to happen again.
Special mention to a good Hibby Siobhan Hunter on what is a remarkable achievement . Well done Siobhan. :flag:.
