Those Damn Crows at La Belle Angelle last night was absolutely awesome, blew the roof off, an incredible live rock band.

The Blockheads were fantastic , the fact that yesterday was the anniversary of Ian Dury's passing made it even more special . Decent support from The Rooks who come from Hamilton

Saw Primal Scream at the Usher Hall last night.
Overall, a good show. We were under the overhang of the balcony so struggled to understand what Bobby Gillespie was saying (strangely enough, could make out the words when he sang them). The band were tight, great guitarist.
There was a mid-point lull and I was getting a bit bored, but it picked up again and he got the place rocking.
Baxter Dury (ian's son) was support. He was decent, but a tad one dimensional. Certainly gave it plenty in his delivery, but would perhaps benefit from a more varied pace and a bit of his old man's humour.

Got tickets for Chappell Roan in Edinburgh
Got last minute tickets to see The Temperance Movement at the Barrowlands last night, it was a sell out and we tried initially for tickets, amazing gig and some energy from Phil Campbell the singer.
Wet Leg next month at the Usher Hall.
Really looking forward to this as my 18yo daughter is coming as well.

We usually go round the back streets never any issues around there. There’s also a small car park on the street to the left when facing the barra’s.

I've seen them before and they were great.
The Flaming Lips next week at The Usher Hall then Leftfield at The Barrowlands in June.
Both gigs will include songs I would put in my top 10.

Black Rebel Motorcycle Club. Glasgow in December booked.
The Pogues gig was brilliant. Only 3 original members but the guest musicians and singers were absolutely top quality. I hadn’t been to Barrowlands in 35 years for a gig and it hasn’t changed a bit. Great venue.
