Our under 19's captain is heading to Hull at the weekend to look around the Club with a view to possibly signing.
He'd prefer to stay at ER but the offer from Hibs isn't good enough at this stage.

It’s not a case of not being able to raise the money, Hibs could easily pay him what he wants but they presumably don’t think he is worth it. He’s a known quantity at U18/U19 level but it’s far from known whether he could make that jump to senior football. The club also has to consider the future pathways of those coming along after him - both Jacob MacIntyre and Rudi Molotnikov have greater potential than Murray Aiken IMO, if Aiken is given a large long term contract, how does that impact the potential pathway of those players?Quote:
