Gray's job is to get results and not particularly care how they're achieved. If he can do that consistently then he can start to think about extras like entertainment. Especially as evidence of freeflowing 'Hibs way' type football at ER has been all but non-existent for years now.

McInnes record while good repeatedly comes up by a minority on here like yourself though there was circumstances that helped him achieve it at time that we won’t see probably happening again…
It’s not just Hibs fans like myself that have said they don’t like his style of football but Aberdeen and Killie ones too and probably a reason he hasn’t got any offers from a championship club in England and why both Edinburgh clubs and Aberdeen didn’t move or him too …
Under a manager that’s teams play like McInnes it would be fine when things are going well though once they start not too that’s when he’d come under more criticism than most at our club . Hell , we seen it with Jack Ross and even today I answered another poster who referred to our football as ‘ rank rotten’ and ‘ turgid stuff’ under Gray which is why McInnes would be a recipe for disaster at Hibs though I do think some of you idolise the guy and his name will get mentioned tomorrow and the next , the day after that etc etc ..
