SPL should hammer them with a points deduction or fine. That will get their arse in gear. Whats to stop hearts paying all these bonuses on the 2nd last day of January get their embargo lifted, sign one or two players, then start the carry on all over again till May.
On beeb radio just now regarding the non payment of bonuses:-
"Hearts will be consulting with their legal advisors and will be making no further comment in the meantime."
And so another pantomime act is about to open.

Transfer embargo isnt working surely points deduction needs to be implemented.
More importantly they have been charged with breaking rules 6.21 & 6.22 and will have to attend a hearing in the new year ......... This I would guess be their clear failure to pay paye tax due and also their failure to inform the SPL of that fact . . . . Resulting in that winding up order in early November!
