Pedant Alert - My understanding all along is that Hearts Shares are NOT frozen (think about it how could a foreign jurisdiction freeze shares which are issued by a company that comes under another countries jurisdiction) Its UBIG's ASSETS which are frozen (is it just me who has a school boy titter at the phrase 'frozen assets' :greengrin) it just so happens that among those assets are shares in Hearts. Why would one small part of those assets be treated differently from any of the othersQuote:
