Don’t think so it’s pretty industrial around there. Cook street has a couple of food places on it that look like they only do deliveries only there’s always mopeds sitting outside it.

Ten or so minute walk back into town and if you head towards Central Station there are plenty of places to eat in West Nile Street and Renfield Street.
I was in Babs yesterday which is a Meze type restaurant which is in West Nile Street and 5 minute walk from Central Station. Superb food.
O2 is no more than a 10 minute walk (or 5 minute taxi) to central Glasgow - a quick hop onto the Shoogle at St Enoch 1 stop and you're at the door of the O2 too...
3 of my favourite bands today announced "UK tours", with not a single date that ventures outside of England - I'm getting so utterly sick of how much Glasgow is dwindling as a location (certainly in the rock/punk/metal scene). In the last 12 months, that's Rise Against, Beartooth, Silverstein, Thursday, Superheaven, Architects, Spanish Love Songs, Slayer, Allt (to name but a few) bands that have completely missed out Scotland (not to mention Northern Ireland, and mostly Wales too).
Major venues in Scotland will ultimately end up closing their doors if booking agents and artists continue to ignore Scottish stops on major tours.
Saw the Mary Wallopers last night, good fun as always despite the recent departure of Sean McKenna.
Billy Joel has postponed his Murrayfield gig for a year.
Emotional night in Glasgow on Monday as Fish signed off on a stellar career. Fans from far and wide in attendance and a cracking set to end it all. I first saw Marillion at the Playhouse in 1987, was at Fish’ final gig with them at Fife Aid in St Andrews and saw many solo shows, including at the Hibs Club. He’ll be sorely missed. Hope we see him at Easter Road on occasion but it a long trip from the Outer Hebrides.
Haiver featuring former Frightened Rabbit member Billy Kennedy on Friday night at Mac Arts Galashiels
Cast at the Barrowlands in November
30 years of All Change
There's a subway station car park next door. On the left as you're looking at the building.
Be wary, though. It uses ANPR (or something beyond my comprehension), and that doesn't work too well if people drive up to the gate too quickly. So it can take a while to get out.
Heading to the Cathouse Glasgow right now to see Blacktop Mojo and Shamans Harvest.
Michale Kiwanka at the Usher Hall last week - what a show
Jason Donovan tonight :greengrin
Wonderful gig from Katherine Priddy at Oran Mor last night.

Those Damn Crows at La Belle Angelle last night was absolutely awesome, blew the roof off, an incredible live rock band.
Lola Young on Wednesday in Glasgow for me
Salt House tomorrow. Woohoo!
The Blockheads are playing The Mac Arts on Thursday night , I'm thinking of going if it doesn't clash with a hospital appointment I'm waiting to hear about
The Blockheads were fantastic , the fact that yesterday was the anniversary of Ian Dury's passing made it even more special . Decent support from The Rooks who come from Hamilton
Two dayer Scarborough Punk Weekend for me this weekend. Booked it ages ago so was always going to miss a game. Wee bit gutted that it is St Johnstone at home given the form that we are in
My Bloody Valentine announced dates pity it’s the hydro up here.
Lola Young was brilliant the other night
