Not a gig but a play. I see 2:22 A Ghost Story is touring. See if you agree with me that the ending makes absolutely no sense at all in the context of the play because no reviewers mentions this!

Not a gig but writers at Pitlochry festival theatre winter words.

Today Liz Lochead and Kirsty Wark in conversation with Alan Cummings.

Tomorrow Jo Sharp and Val Mcdermid with Alan Cummings
There is no such thing as too much yarn, just not enough time.

Hamish Hawk was wonderful at the Usher Hall last night.

Seen Air have been announced for North Berwick but no way can I justify £75 for that.

Gutted to have missed this as we were away on holiday. Had tickets to the Edinburgh album launch gig last year that got rearranged due to supporting Travis but we were on holiday for the rearranged gig too. Got to the Travis gig at the Hydro, though.

Was it well sold? He said something at the Travis gig implying the ticket sales were bad and there seemed to be a lot of promotion of it on social media

Just got BST Hyde Park tickets for Neil Young, Van Morrison and Cat Stevens. Will be going straight from ELO in Manchester the night before. If Carlsberg did road trips… 💚

Fantastic night. Fairly short gig at 1h20ish but the pace was relentless certainly an early contender already for gig of the year.

    That's a shout.

Do you know if it's the original line-up?

Aye, Nicola, and Kirsty Wark were both up on the decks. I'm too old for that kind of thing but the place was rocking, by all accounts. NS was sat next to my Mrs for one of the events we attended, but she was at all of them.

Nice one. Mate got 2 on Thursday in the presale so I was sorted. Tried this morning for the rest of our group, not a sniff, all gone in 2 minutes.

I photographed Franz Ferdinand last night at the Barrowlands. Packed venue and FF were on fine form. I'll hopefully be back on St Patrick's night for SLF

Went to see Kiss of Life last night. Biggest kpop gig in Scotland believe it or not. Youngest daughter loves kpop and I don’t mind it.

Here’s a question- what’s the script for parking near the 02 in Glasgow? One of my mates suggested the car park at the co op, I was wondering if there’s any other places nearby?

    Thanks

There’s a road opposite that we turn up and it’s usually easy to park there.

Salkeld Street? I 've parked there before.

    Salt House for me tonight.

Yes just looked on the map Cook street usually has space as well.

One good thing about Glasgow gigs never seems to be a big issue to find parking!

I saw Limp Bizkit at the Hydro last night, what a gig. The crowd was mental.

    Thanks for the parking suggestions!

Wee car park near the Barrowlands is now no more. It was at the bottom of a set of flats, up the wee side street from a takeaway. That used to be brilliant for free parking at the Barras

    Another 02 Glasgow question!

There’s not anywhere really near the venue for a bite to eat is there?

I appreciate it’s not too far to head back into the centre of Glasgow. Thinking of dumping the car near the venue and then heading to get something to eat before going back to the venue!
