Hibs are also interested in a versatile defender from England who has previous Scottish Premiership experience.
Ryan Porteous would be dependent on Rocky Bushiri’s decision.
Hibs tried to get him in January but haven’t renewed that interest this summer.
They could, however, if Bushiri was to decide he was to move on.

Porteous got dropped for a 4 game spell that season because he had a poor run. He was also pipped to YPOTY by Doig, who was also part of that defence. Hanlon played more minutes and started more games whilst captaining the side to third. He also made his international debut at the start of that season.Quote:
