MA appears to be taking a serious beating, the bigots well ahead on points :(
King: "It was an absolutely humiliating defeat for Mike Ashley. I'm delighted with the outcome."

King: "I've never witnessed a strong judge really virtually tearing someone apart the way he did today."

Eh? £300K taken out of the New Huns' January budget. What's not to like?
A bizarre argument for anybody non-Hunnish to make, but especially a Hibby.* Are you seriously making a Regan/Doncaster "Scottish football needs a strong Rangers" argument?
* For the avoidance of doubt, not casting aspersions on 0666's Hibby credentials which are much stronger than mine, even if he is a Hun apologist.
Great work.
From reports, no surprise judge found in King's favour.
There is information in the public domain about Rangers Retail that SD surely don't want out there. Why did they not go for that?
I do agree that putting someone in prison for acknowledging a meeting or just saying they want to renegotiate a contract is ludicrous.
I think the % split and ownership of brand names and security came out at the time the loan was made. How about the 7 yr termination clause? Who leaked that?
Can't say Ashley didn't deserve today if he didn't even inform his own lawyer Sevco had repaid the £5m loan yesterday.

Personally and from the tweets passed on by Ozzy, cheers bud, :)
Have to say the Judge was correct! Jail someone for nothing? Nah don't think so!! Also, was quite clear how King got his glib and shameless liar attributes: plays the game well, creates ambiguity and uses ignorance as a defence! Worked this time but in future .... the very very near future?
It's like two bald men fighting over a comb when these two claim the moral high ground.

Dave King has been cleared on accusation of contempt. Whether he breached the "gagging order" is a matter which may come to trial in January
