SD: What prompted these proceedings was what was going to happen at EGM.

Judge: It's alright for you to call an EGM for you to discuss the loan? How would that work? Mr King couldn't discuss the loan.

Judge: What did you call an EGM for then? Rangers point out it was called by MASH Holdings, not Sports Direct.

Judge: Why did Mr Ashley arrange a meeting with Mr King on same day [as EGM] several hundred miles apart. Which one was he supposed to go to

Judge asking why Ashley and King met on same day as Rangers EGM. Was Ashley "just trying to cause trouble" he asks?

Judge: You come to court saying all very important. I'm trying desperately to find out what is so damaging about King referring to meeting?

Judge: It's not enough to say you have a contractual right. What is do damaging about the revelation of the existence of a meeting?

Gotta say, the judge is well on top of this and making MA SD look like twats! And that is definitely what they look like at the moment!

Surely it is the lawyer's job to persuade him that some breach took place and therefore if there is guilt (or not). The punishment is then up to the judge to decide on but sounds as if the judge is trying to almost avoid the issue of if there is guilt or not.

SD: I am not repeating myself. Concern about media coverage is specifically about the commercial arrangement between SD and Rangers.

£300K+ taken out of Scottish football to deal with the utter drivel being discussed in a London court today. I truly despair.

I can see this ending up with the judge knocking their heads together and telling them to sort out their differences in the playground
There is no such thing as too much yarn, just not enough time.
