Due to such a small attendance for the December meeting it ended up
more of
a social gathering.
Seven attended the January meeting including new member John McNally
.The
main topics of conversation was on how Brian was doing and the Burns
night.
BURNS NIGHT details CONFIRMED are the following:
LIVE BAND: Sean Brady, performing for London Hibs since the last
Millennium.
Playing all your Hibernian, Scottish and Irish Favourites.
SCOTTISH PIPER: Performing a full set of he
hea.. hear. sorry
chest-thumping
classics.
SCOTTISH DANCING: Reels and jigs to the above.
LATE BAR: A warm Irish welcome from Mattie the manager, a bar that
will be
open 'till 2am+ and a full traditional meal of Haggis, Tatties and
Neeps.
RAFFLE PRIZES: Of rare and exotic(?) quality.
HIBERNIAN LEGENDS: Not one , not two but THREE Hibernian Legends!
