I agree. He’s been good but we thought he was at fault for the goal. As I say though, we’re viewing it from other end of the ground. Also seen some online saying that Motherwell were quite clever and had players in the wall who ducked out at the last second which caused the problem.

I thought so too but need to have a second look at it.

We were all saying in the West you have to set up your wall to protect 1 side (as its impossible to get the ball up & down from there) and you have to then trust the wall & make sure you protect your side.

Excellent performance from all today. Thought I’d give the unfancied Dylan Levitt a shout though. Kept the ball moving superbly well. Much better than Kwon has been. Also thought NMW had a good game when he came on.

The usual suspects all played well. Martin Boyle and Triantis are on fire at the moment. Defensive three were fantastic throughout.

Keeper could do better at the Well goal, but he has been excellent since coming in for us playing a huge part in the turnaround. He wouldn’t be playing for us if he didn’t make the odd mistake.

Puts it into perspective. In any league let along this league considering where we were is amazing and everyone at the club deserve huge credit. Hopefully a chance to progress next week in Cup and then onto the next league game with every chance of keeping the run going. GGTTH

I’ll have to have a look on sportscene. Still, even if he was at fault his performances since hes come in speak for themselves. 3rd best save % in the league and distribution unquestionably excellent.

From the West Upper down the opposite end the gap looked glaring, and it wasn’t a surprise to see the free kick converted. Almost an inevitability given how poor the defensive set up looked.

It was horrific positioning from the keeper regardless of the defending. Just let the boy pass it in the net. He has been good though since the home Aberdeen game, and in the end it didn’t cost us.

Good result, don’t see what Rocky did wrong at all. Thought Levitt looked pretty good until he tired (v quickly?) after half time.

Have a different take on Michael Stewart. Think he actually WANTS Hibs to be decent but too often finds that they just let you down (like so many of us). So when something positive happens he's not quite sure whether or not acknowledge / celebrate it.

Agree I’ve never thought he’s “had it in” for us. He’s equally as critical and angry about Hearts when they’re a mess. Think he just gets exasperated with the team making boneheaded mistakes (earlier this season / in the past).

Levitt seemed a bit more mobile today also, no reason to drop him after today's performance

Been very critical of Levitt in the past, but he definitely had a good game today and if he can keep performances like that up then he still has a future at the club. Well done, Dylan.

Decent performance today, first half was as good as I've seen us in a while at keeping the ball and making space. Levitt done well coming in, looked mobile and assured on the ball. O'hora and bushiri cut out the silly mistakes and took no chances, from where I sit it was hard to tell if smith should have done better with the free kick. Boyle looks menacing again. Hopefully a few players to come in and improve the squad before the next league game and lush us further up the table

We played well today - first have we completely suffocated Motherwell and were in total control. I love our shape these days when we are holding the ball and we have a back three who are confident as well on the ball. Triantis was brilliant at CM and great to have Boyle back on a fine vein of form.

Huge, huge credit to Sir David Gray. He’s officially turned us around now and is setting us up for a seriously unexpected exciting end to the season. He’s doing this with a threadbare squad as well. Deserves all the credit in the world.

I like him when we are on top in games, but he isn’t mobile enough when we are under pressure. He has a good game today but I still saw him twice going to close down a player and not keep goal side, just letting the player sweep past him i.e. he isn’t a natural defender

He’s been widely praised for a while now. Kwon is the new midfield fall guy.

There’s been a few posts this week from more than a few who claim not to be bothered if we sign him perm or not. The boy is class imo. A very good footballer. And as others have said, he’s only going to get better. I sometimes wonder what some folk on here are watching when they come to their conclusions about some players.

Sylla at Dundee I’m on about man.

Although a different type of player, it reminds me of the Glen Kamara situation. Loads of us on here were wanting us to go for him fairly early in his Dundee career - and we probably could have got him. But the next season his performances had come to the attention of bigger fish and he ended up at the hun. If we want Sylla, it would need to be now imo.

Excellent first half from Hibs and Triantis took his goal very well. I had a super view of the free kick they scored from and I said to my mate at the time the wall looked poorly positioned leaving a huge gap for the Well player to shoot at.

Fair play to Levitt today. I've been a big critic, mainly because IMO for £300,000 you should be getting a player who can make an impact, but he was very good today I thought.

Second half we kind of stopped playing and let Motherwell back into it, but their goal aside I thought we still looked reasonably ok at the back dealing with a few corners pretty well. I'm glad the Well player got sent off, Rocky was busting a gut to get into the box from his own half and I was dying to see what happened when the cross came in .... ER would have went mental if he had managed to get on the end of it and score.

Theres something wrong with almost everything that bellend Stewart says. He is (or at least I originally thought) capable of so much more but he's gone the way of almost all Scottish co-commemtators by adding little of any intelligent value.

A lot of the players many Hibs fans had written off improving and showing (or starting to show) why we signed them. Looks like what Hibs needed was a manager who knew the Scottish game, knew how to get the best out of the existing squad and could build confidence and a fighting spirit!

Credit to David Gray, he told the board in his interview he was the man for the job due to his experience with the club and he's proving himself right.
