There's a time and a place for an industrious type but with Josh it's hugely at the expense of quality. He's lost the ball in his last 3 attacks. Twice from being weak and getting caught needlessly, especially the second whilst in the box and the last from a terrible pass. He needs to up his game if he wants to stay in the team. I'd be using him as a sub more often than not.
