Bringing on Jair has killed any momentum we had, miles from good enough and laughable people try to compare him to Youan
Was nice seeing the guy have a resurgence earlier this season but if we're honest he's not at it at all now the novelty has worn off. Hopefully done enough this season for someone to take a chance on him this summer.

To be fair, the games over by half time.
It’s completely different having a passive first half and it’s 0-0 at ht than to be having a passive 2nd half and being 3-0 up already

There is no chance he will be at Hibs next season. Not good enough which is a shame.

Third game in six days. Blew them away first half and now could do without any additional injuries or knocks.
Foot off the gas a little bit this half, would like to see us lift a gear again to get another goal or two to help the GD look a lot healthier.
I think this lot need more practice at playing with full concentration for 90 minutes.

I have a half-formed memory of us doing a similar thing at Easter Road. I seem to recall a song something along the lines of, "if you hate the f*****g Hearts take off your shoe".
Does anyone remember this, or do I need to start worrying about my mental health.

Well played Hibs. Quiet second half with Livi getting more of a sniff but the game was over in the 1st. Like most I would've loved to have seen us keep the pressure on but you can't complain with a 3-0 win. GGTTH.
The must win game won with an excellent display, well done Hibs hopefully no further injuries.

The Hibs subs evened up the game. We've got a cracking first 11 but we're lacking that quality in depth. We stopped playing the passing game and started transporting the ball instead and gave up playing the early ball into the box. Youan and Jair are infuriating to watch, they just don't want to pass the ball when they have it.

They need practice doing whatever it takes to win games - I’m happy with foot off the gas with the game won, preserving players for challenges ahead.
Not appropriate at 1-0 up but appropriate today.

Great result, but only played with intensity for 20 minutes. Missed an opportunity to improve our goal difference which is by far the worst in the top six teams and could be crucial in the final placings.

Slightly disappointed we didn’t kick on and score a couple more. But second half just became disjointed with the changes. Couple of the players who stayed on were toiling a bit as well.
New signings have made such a difference and real shame Le Fondre missed the chunk of the season he did.

the difference it makes when we have a midfield that is prepared to work - it helps the defence to keep a clean sheet, it helps the forwards to fashion out chances.
triantis over levitt for me, with NWM and Newell providing a proper engine room (at long last) and Emiliano to add a touch of class
all in all, well done today to the team

Good win, excellent first 20-25 minutes. How was there only 4 minutes of injury time at the end given the trainers were on a few time and there were far more subs in the second half. ALF is arguably our most important player imo. We are a different team when he plays

Chris Cadden made a couple of very poor choices not long before he went off. If he’d made the correct decisions, we’d have had another couple. No real complaints though as the three points were key today.

He’s such an intelligent striker and footballer - his runs behind, in the channels, his hold up play, and his finishing - he’s a top player. Hope we can keep him another year to be honest.

Absolutely strolled it today, a class apart from Livingston who look doomed. Easily our best performance of the season.
You can see why we struggle to score at times though, we are missing a ruthless streak, it was evident in the second half. My only complaint was s we didn't put a few more by them.

Didn't see the game as I was out for a long lunch with family, but that Livi team, (from what I've seen of them this year) minus the SPL cash, will struggle to be mid-table championship next season.

I thought a few of them were guilty of that in the second half. Because the game was done they were trying the World Cup pass rather than just playing the easy pass. The build up for all the goals was superb but it was also really simple.

Yeah, they look like a team that has run out of ideas, and Martindale, after years of excellent work, seems to have run out of gas. You can't keep plucking gems from the lower divisions in England forever, the luck runs out at some point. They appear to have reached that point.
