I feel pretty similar tbh.

On paper the team has loads of good individuals but it looks like the kind of team you’d chuck together for a first pre season friendly. Not many established partnerships in there at all.

Nothing would really surprise me today. It might click and go beautifully, it might go well and truly the other way.

In all likelihood it will be as tight as ever and either 0-0 or settled by one mistake or moment of inspiration.

I’m a bit meh about top 6, is it any good if we lose all five? We are more than capable of competing with these sides but we don’t score enough and struggle to keep clean sheets. It could well end up being 5 narrow defeats.

It’s about the managers deployment of the players at his disposal. Clarke shoehorned in as LWB when we’ve got Stevenson who’s more than capable at centre half for example. Play a team to their strengths, this over thinking formations and personnel is so frustrating.

Think we probably deserve the equaliser, but although we have a lot of possession, we don't seem capable of doing much with it for some reason? Two evenly balanced teams, anybody's game still as far as I can see. Clarks seems decent on his debit going forward, but much less so at the back, they scored once because he failed to stop a cross, and almost scored again for the same reason. Think Cadden is having a fine game as is Jasper, but mostly the final ball - as ever - is letting us down. Should be an interesting second half. The Beeb has us in 7th place at the moment, is this the last game before the split?
