Regardless of opinions on JR and where people think the blame lies, next 45mins is massive for him.

If we don't come back against 10men and keep this losing run going then I think JR will be very lucky to stay.

A lot has been made of the transfer window. I think the bigger problem is Hibs loyalty to players, giving new contracts to players while we are performing so poorly. We are in freefall at the moment and we need it to stop asap, luck might not on our side but we've had routine errors in defence all season (defending crosses).

I can assume it's the reason JR keeps saying "reminding them that they're good players" style comments. If we do not stop this shortly confidence will be absolutely shot. Cadden wasn't marking him originally at the corner and ended up picking him up for the cross. Ultimately you're right and he just stood in front of him making no effort to try and win the ball or put him off. Too many in our team are far too passive at times.

You think we’ve played well ? I’d say the effort has been there but that should be there every time they step on the pitch.

Just because we don’t normally get that same fight and commitment every week doesn’t make it a good performance when they do actually make an effort.

I think you are not understanding this - the deflection you are talking about could have been avoided with better defending. Saying the eventual outcome is unlucky is of no consequence really.
