He was asked "are you happy?" and replied "Do I look happy? Don't ask silly questions!" It was a dig at Gerrard after he was asked about leaving for the EPL:

That was sensational. Every single one of the players and management should be proud of themselves today.
My hangover tomorrow will be worth it.

What a difference having 11 players on the pitch for the full 90 minutes & a ref who wasn't so obviously rangers orientated. Well done lads, great result.
Where have some of this weeks posters gone??
Outstanding to a man today! Let’s keep it going Hibs!

I've been a vocal critic of Ross and the players these past few weeks, but tonight was absolutely exceptional from all involved.
Nights like this are what it's all about.
I just love this club!

Hope the fans at Hampden had a great time, brought back memories to when we beat them on pens. Hopefully we can win the cup. We're due a league cup its already been too long since 07.

Tremendous. Didn’t see that coming at all.
Best result under JR? Probably.
Right here and I eat humble pie.
No mate. Others who have had a big time dig on the gravy train thread.
Heay I get we all want to win all the time but today just shows how good we can be!

What a feeling. No one gave us much of a chance and the players went out and fought for everything. Well deserved victory.

Outstanding from Hibs today. Well done everyone. Keeps our great record in semis and at Hampden against Rangers intact.

I’ve been a critic of Jack Ross and certain players recently. I eat humble pie today, Ross made the right decision playing 2 up top and every player was superb.
Give us that 9 times out of 10 and we won’t be losing many games. its what we do from here that matters now though

What a brilliant game and a fantastic way to spend an afternoon with the kids. So many positives with bizarrely the second half perhaps even more impressive than the first. I think Macey's hardest save in the second half came from Daz. So many positive performances from the players with everyone playing very well but I think Hanlon was my MOTM, Campbell has immense energy and was fantastic in that last 10 minutes seeing the game out when I expected him to be off with cramp. Porteous made a Horlicks of the goal but has excellent that apart and Newell was so cool after such and early booking. Our Starman was again the difference for us. Delighted for Jack Ross as that was a very well drilled, very fit and very hungry side. We were also aggressive and that Hanlon booking reminded me of the foul Stokes made early on the cup final. It said to me we are up for this and put a marker down. I also thought the Hibs fans were fantastic today. Songs starting from all areas and a united support. How anyone who supports Hibs and can afford to go doesn't attend these games is beyond me. Brilliant stuff, let's win our games in hand, beat the other cheek and make this a season to remember

Brilliant today, I could scarcely believe what was happening when we went 3-0 up the feeling was surreal.

No harm in seeing what these have to say about today's games.

Thanks for posting Tambo. I managed a few pages before giving up. I might be a tad old fashioned but the language on that website is extreme. Is that a legit website and can they just say anything they like? Our disagreements on here seem fairly mild in comparison.

My dad was a bit disappointed with how many tickets we sold today, we always buy tickets for these games though because you just never know, we have our fair share of garbage moments in big games but then you get days like today that you will remember for the rest of your life, granted its not a final but thrashing The Rangers at the national stadium is something to cherish.

I am ‘on tour’ at the moment in Manchester for the weekend and heading to London for work tonight. I watched the first half on a tram using my iPhone and then walking from the hotel to the station by which time the battery was run down. I watched the second half on my iPad in at restaurant at Piccadilly Station.
I just managed to get things working to see the replay of the first goal. I couldn’t believe it when the second and third went in. I thought that Hibs managed the game well in the second half.

When all our players are on it, we are a terrific side. I would say that domestically this is the first time that this Rangers side have been completely outplayed and outclassed since Gerrard took them over.

I’m glad I had a look at that. It seems that (a) Porto is under their skin and is the new Scott Brown for them, (b) it’s all Gerard’s fault, (c) there are some some dangerously demented demons over there - for Christ’s sake they even mentioned knee-capping Porto, and most certainly they are not taking this very well are they :greengrin

This is brilliant. One of the Huns best players pretty much admitting the game was over at half time. They're lost without Stevie G. :greengrin
