Sign of a good team is to win ugly. Sometimes when backs are against the wall got to grind out a win. Can't always have performances like we did on Saturday every week, winning games breeds a winning mentality.

Great result. Aside from the Pawlett chance they never really looked like scoring late on. Another game with no goals conceded from open play, a 1st clean sheet, another goal from Doidge and another solid showing from the new guys and youngsters. What's not to like?

Winning ugly has to be done sometimes and plenty teams will drop points at Tannadice this season. 3 points is what matters and over the course of the game I think we deserved them.
