Was the 1st goal a free kick? If it was it was a shocker. If, like the Jackson incident, it was what would have previously been a drop ball then it was the right decision ie if the ref stops the game it is restarted by the team previously in possession.

Given the reaction I assume it was the former.

I still can’t get over that decision from Clancy to give Celtc a freekick when their player fell on his arse by himself and gave us the ball in the box. Ridiculous.

My take on it is that the free kick that led to the goal was a free kick. Ref missed it though which is frustrating as he ultimately blew for it on the day so of the 4th official I guess. We need to to better with the free kick. Stevenson needs to close a bit quicker but I never really felt he could stop the cross. The defending in the box for possibly the only time in the half was just not good enough.

The free kick was compounded upon by the fact that Clancy moments earlier decided to give a free kick against us in their box because that boy slipped... Ludicrous decision.

Ntcham should be off full stop. Pushing someone in the face forcefully is a red every day of the week. Shat it.

As for the performance we're doing not bad in defence but again we are inviting so much pressure without really offering anything up front. Aimless punts up the park just give Celtic another go. 1 attempt on target at home is not good enough and is a continuation of our struggles in recent weeks (months?).

Hallberg and Vela are just not at the races and Mallan isn't involved much either. Credit to Allan so far but the midfield as a whole need to be showing for the ball more.

Allan is doing most of his work miles from the danger area. We haven't created a chance of note. I'm certain Celtic will have aimed to have Allan playing the game 50/60 yards from their goal and it's working. Largely down to Brown.

I haven't seen any of today's game but that is a very satisfactory few days from a manager and players who are under s lot of pressure.

We had some nice spells of play, and crafted a few opportunities without testing their keeper too much. We tired in the last 15 minutes, but I thought we were pretty decent. Let's not forget this Celtic team have just dropped their first points of the season.

Definite improvement from recent weeks.

I'm wary of coming across as needlessly negative but we'll need more than we showed today in terms of creativity in the run of fixtures we have coming up. Battling Celtic is fine but to break down a Hamilton or Ross County you need that wee bit quality. Hopefully we can take another step forward and prove we have it.

Doidge was excellent today, we are just missing someone who can play off his knock ons. Thought the defence looked much more composed, feel like James has definitely helped steady things.

Yeah I'm willing to admit I might have been overly harsh on him. Best defence in Scotland and he gave them trouble, unlucky not to score and his movement got us a goal.
