The midfield are good going forward, nowhere to be seen in defence. The defence themselves are being dragged all over the place and are getting caught out. Certain players need to work harder at tracking and closing off space.

As I've already said Stevenson will take a fair amount of the blame which is just but there's no way he's ready to start.

You need to deal with the worry of what he might do for another club in future when you could be accepting him as a good player now.

FWIW I think he'll do very for us this season, skirt around the edges of the Rangers squad without ever establish himself, have an above average career down South and be linked with a move back to us every transfer window without returning.

We'll have ended up with the better of this loan deal as we badly need him right now.
