Voted.
HSL were put in a very difficult position by the transfer of majority ownership but I’m happy with this arrangement. It’s not perfect but it’s the best way of trying to keep everyone happy.
Agreed, I think Jim and the rest of the guys are doing a great job in trying circumstances. Some of the posts on here are a bit ridiculous in their constant questioning of what they are trying to achieve. I gave them my 200 shares and have complete faith that they have Hibernian's best interests at heart.

Just a very strong reason to keep joe public away from running a fitba club.
Give money by all means but as for anything else it dont work.
A fan owned club doesn't mean the fans run the club. There is still a board of directors and a manager/head coach.
Think of a fan owned club who sit third in the league and are six points ahead of Hibs.

The voting form is a lot clearer than either email was.
I now know my money is going 100% to the football side of things and not into another fan's back pocket.
Equally those in favour of an increased shareholding will be pleased that their money is being used for that purpose and not blown on infrastructure or imposters (which will happen to mine!)

Clear enough now for me but the latest email may muddy the water for some.
I thought it would be helpful to provide a gentle reminder to all those donators who have not yet voted. This is your Company and it is democratic. We want to make sure that our future donations are directed in the manner you would like so please ensure that you register your vote.
Remember, if you don’t vote our funds will be apportioned in accordance with the overall poll.
Should "our funds" read "your funds"?

I'm not prepared to call the many fellow Hibs fans who have been confused by all this stupid. Neither am I looking for a stupid reason to find fault. So once you're back on the ground off your high horse you might realise that my post just pointed out yet another sentence which may be open to interpretation by some.

Perhaps you misread my sarcasm, as I was calling you out on this.
I am well aware of the previous questions and confusion, however that was dealt with and explained by Jim.
You say that you dont have a problem with it, but yet come on here for the express purpose of flagging it up - its just mischief making.
Its the equivalent of those politicians who said "I dont have any issue with the Scottish Judges, but there are others who might say they are biased" - basically its a thinly veiled attempt to dredge up some nonsense on the back of one word in the email which is hardly contentious..............unless you are the kind of person who looks for conspiracies everywhere.

Nope I got you, that's why I highlighted the word "I"
The purpose of flagging it up was maybe a vain attempt to show HSL that their communications have not been crystal clear since this started. If I want to make mischief I can do a lot better than this.
And no I don't look for conspiracies everywhere, neither do I get all uppity and judgemental when I don't get/or agree with others.
Anyway we've each had our say..enjoy the game.

Not sure what one you mean Billy, I tried both with same result, worked with no problem when I done the test survey?
One wi email password and one wi member number zilch. Just kept saying you can find your password on account page (only number there is the membership number) So I just gave up.
Think it will be o.k. as just being thick there, thanks to bangkokhibby for that.
