Even the lad who wears the divers costume to walk the London marathon thinks malonga is a tad slow

It was the following touch from Cummings that impressed me more. I like Allan a lot, but I wish he would release the ball earlier sometimes. He sometimes tries to beat one man too many and runs into dead ends. But he starts off most of our best moves.
Rather generous there. The ball seemed to rattle off his shins into the path of Handling, who did very well thereafter with a lovely finish.

i'm positive Jason tripped over his own two feet for the penalty, can anyone that had the advantage of watching any replay on BBC Alba confirm ? :greengrin
I recorded the game but haven't watch it yet. I said to my son that I thought it wasn't a penalty. ..Jason played for it and got it. I'm not complaining though we've had clear penalty decisions turned down in other games.
Did anyone notice how p*55ed off Jason was that he didn't get to take it! Someone (not sure who it was) had to calm him down. He did congratulate Dylan in scoring though.
I know some people think JC is arrogant but I disagree.
I was pleased to see a player hungry to take the spot kick. JC shows passion and desire that's refreshing to see.
Great team performance today and great result.

I think he's a player who looks lazy even when he isn't if that makes sense.
Very casual and laid back which probably doesn't help his cause.
I liked the line in the following article about him from the official site-
http://www.hibernianfc.co.uk/news/4848
"His unhurried, cool, almost insouciant air on the pitch..."

Alan Gordon had that lazy style too, obviously in a better team and a better player but he could look as if he was not interested.
AG played with a big fat cigar in his gob, while ripping the pish out of defences :greengrin Quality player.

Great result and please keep the same team for next week unless there is a change in defence

I used to call him the Golden Head, a superb and elegant player, so badly treated by Turnbull in favour of Harper.

Dont hassle the heff...i knew he would get a goal soon
I was surprised it wasn't given offside, looked a couple yards off. Not that I was bothered!

The epitome of class was Alan.
Take a look at all his goals on the Tornados DVD. In the air and on the carpet.
Very underrated player.
Oh for a 'Tosh' today.

So 5 games unbeaten and a 4-0 win? Are we still sh**e then?
Any hysterical's here to let me know? Or they hiding under the beds again? :greengrin

That's more like it, eh. We looked confident and played some nice stuff. Livi look a terrible side, but we put them away well and could have had a few more: Molonga's miss in the first couple of minutes was a shocker. It was nice to come away from a game feeling good again. It sets us up nicely for the derby, though Hearts will be a much tougher proposition of course.

Handlings goal celebration was more a penalty. What was the linesman doing. I could see it from the other end of the ground.

Much more like it. Hope we can keep this going. We should be beating most of the teams around us and losing points to Alloa, Cowdenbeath and Raith who were comprehensively turned over by The Rangers yesterday is of course, damaging.
A win against the Jambos next week and hopefully we'll start to see us consolidating a position in the top 3/4.
Keep it going, Hibs.

I thought Gray played the captains part well when he pulled cummings away to let Mcgeouch take the penalty:aok:

I thought that the Livi - Hibs match was similar to the Southampton - Sunderland match in the respect that the winning sides were easily superior all over the park but most of the goals were down to defensive errors. While I was very pleased with the performance and the 2nd goal in particular we cannot expect defences to be so charitable every week. Still we seem to be making progress but need to get a good result next week to keep the momentum going.

That team looks pretty rotten. Booth at CB? And is the midfield a diamond?
Just noticed this

Surely it would be 6 games unbeaten, would take the 4-0 win though.
