Year 1 - get humped in a cup final off our biggest rivals, narrowly avoid relegation

Year 2 - get humped in cup final

Year 3 - get relegated

Year 4 - keep manager until week before AGM, sack him and then begin player / manager cycle again

Year 5 - draft 10 year plan.
