You log in with your email address and password don't you? The client ref no is automatically pulled through once you do this.
No idea but yesterday I clicked on the forgot my password link on the site. The password reminder email I received has my full name and next to it a number in brackets with 6 numbers in it starting 0. I am guessing that is it.

unfortunately it cuts you off automatically - had it on auto dialler!

I finally got through on the phone after probably 100 tries, after the first message I got an odd sounding ringing tone then a message asking to hold to be placed in a queue. A few minutes later I was connected and got 2 tickets :thumbsup:
I just about burst into tears at my desk :greengrin

No idea but yesterday I clicked on the forgot my password link on the site. The password reminder email I received has my full name and next to it a number in brackets with 6 numbers in it starting 0. I am guessing that is it.
Yes that's your client ref. All the emails I get from Hibs have it in brackets next to my name.

Now waiting using IE.....
I was only messing when I said try option 2. Option 3 put me in a queue for a minute and That's me got tickets!! Row A but who cares??:thumbsup:

It's ok. All you need to log in is your email address and password. Your client ref number will be there automatically.

I was in the e-shop just before 10 after starting to log-in at 9am, intending to buy tickets and re-assign to friends' client refs, so we could sit together. I know it's 2 per purchase, but thought it worth a try (I wasn't trying for more than 2 per client ref). Just after 10am I got to choose 6 tickets, but the reassign button wasn't working. After multiple presses, and a couple of refreshes, I was bombed out completely. Some suggest the e-shop was reset and maybe that was it, or maybe I was pressing too many buttons, but beware - the reassign isn't working if you get in, and if you muck about too much, you too may get kicked out.

The phone line set up is nothing more than a money making exercise for the club. I appreciate the club has to maximise earning potential from the final, but times are hard for everyone at the moment and this is just taking liberties with the very people the club has to rely on, ie US!

If you are phoning do not press option 1! Press option 3 and you go straight into a queue and listen to some Pet Shop Boys. I am not pulling anyones leg here, it genuinely works and I got my dad a ticket by doing this.

I got two tickets but slightly strange - had to go through the process of trying to remember my past address, pet's name, grandad's favourite tea blend before we proceeded. I said to the boy that I'd got a ticket in the priority sale so what was he looking at when I'd given him a client reference number?
Anyways, I got them for my uncle and mate so they owe me for the ridiculous connection charges that Rod and TM have coined in! :greengrin

I had that problem - messed about a bit - and got bombed out! Think reassign may have been switched off (or maybe never worked). If and when I get back in again, I'll be sticking to buying two for my own client ref, buggre the others!

Because I have already bought a ticket, they would only sell me 1. However, they were able to then find my mate on the database and allocate the other seat to him.
Only thing is, it's the back row CCC. We were in that row in 2001.....

As there is nothing on the official site referring to this, then I don't think this is right. There was a lot of detail about who could buy what when the priority sale was launched, so I don't think they would miss an important detail like this today.
I take it back, this is DEFINITELY the case.
I am not renewing my ST (baby due and re-entering full-time education) so only got 1 in the priority sale but needed 2 so that I could sit with my mate. Having got through on the phone (option 3!), they would only sell me 1 unless I could give them another client ref. Didn't have my mate's client ref, but they found him on the database so we are sorted.
This explains why I had trouble with the online system earlier and got kicked off having had 2 tickets in my basket.

As much as I think the staff are working hard, the system is nothing short of a joke. Pressing different options on the phone to get through and the eticketing nightmare people are experiencing. Hopefully it'll all work out fine for everyone trying to get additional tickets if you are a season ticket holder, or if you are just trying to get a ticket for yourself.

Used eTickets - 1 hour and 10 mins waiting in the online queue but got there eventually, 2 tickets for the back of the East, very happy just be going. woohoo :flag:

Keep the faith people, spent an hour logging in, got through and there's tickets for every section from f6 to g8, I would say if you're trying to get through now you've got a very good chance of a ticket

Sorry to those who havent got through yet, I was lucky and used the much discussed option 3 that doesnt exist and got straight through, only problem is ive absolutely no idea where Im sat, guy told me block E row C but cant find that on the Hampden seating plan, anyone any ideas ?? ( probably find Im in the Hearts end and thats why there's no option 3 on the Hibs telephone number)

I was there earlier picking up seats from the ballot and was the only one there. I was given no choice and got two cr@p seats in the very front of the East Stand but, hey, I'll be there. Assuming they allocate tickets with some sort of quality criterion, they may be down to their last batch.

My pal got through relatively easy and they said we'd had our allocation, then I called back, finally got through after over 100 attempts, and they said we were entitled to another 6! Only needed one though so that's all I got.

Given as the timer bar is accessed even before you get asked to enter your client number / username / password details this means ANYONE can go on to the e-ticket site and get the timer bar up on the screen. I hope there aren't any technically minded Yams going on our e-ticket page to bog it down... :paranoid:

My client ref was with an old address yet I changed my address on the database a few months ago. Seems they have 2 different databases :/

I just went to the Yams website and their e-ticket system let me straight in, no queue, no timer bar nothing, I got right in as far as a nice big diagram of Hampden's seating plan. Their e-ticketing is being run by Ticketmaster and it seems to be able to be coping a lot better :confused:
Either that or hardly any Yams are buying e-tickets? :kbacker:
Maybe because their sale for those with 8-19 loyalty points was yesterday and the rush was on then.

As it says on the tin, how many tickets for the final were available via public sale?
I seem to remember on the very first press release regarding cup final tickets by the club they clearly stated that they would keep the fans updated with how many tickets had been sold at regular intervals.......hmmmmmm.

Tom took my client ref number, my debit card details and gave me 2 separate ref numbers for the 2 sets of 2 tickets for the 2 season tickets i used?
Is that 2 seats per each cheek of your arse?

I actually do think the official site is a disgrace, the Krypton factor is easier to navigate, and there's no information telling us what browser is best, or even which ones do or dont work.
Personally i think it IS a shambles, everything seems hidden, nothings clear, i mean imagine having to search all over the site for cup final tickets? Never in a million years is it user friendly. And for those reasons i rarely ever use it.

I was online at 9m and in the queue, got into website at 10 and duly got seats into my basket. When trying to login, I inserted my details and could not click on the login button.
Not happy that nobody tells you that safari does not work.
In queue on Fifefox for last hour and not even a third of the way through.
Hope they are still in my basket.

I hope yer wrong about safari, I'm waiting on that one loading up as the chrome didn't work.
