  1. Well, well, well

http://www.scotsman.com/hibernianfc/Hibs39-new-No2-Billy-Brown.6839290.jp?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter I said when BB was appointed assistant I wouldn't be surprised to see him as our manager if CC went. Seems to me he's put his hat into the ring, although I suppose it's just him...

What was the song that was sung during most the match on Saturday? One of the few songs by the 12th man that I'v liked!

  3. Throw ins

Anyone notice on Saturday the state we get in with throw ins ?, for most teams it's a chance to retain possession and build from there but i think we give the ball away nine times out of ten. The ball is mostly thrown down the line and lost or chucked at someone's throat at ninety miles an hour,...

  4. Dundee United at Home

This, I think, will be the crucial game for Calderwood at Easter Road. The excuses about the team needing to gel and him needing time to get his ideas across won't wash if we turn in another dire performance and/or are convincingly beaten at home. Rod will be watching the attendance figures....

  5. Colin, let's get really ugly

CC let's stop muckin about, get the players to start getting stuck in about the opposition and realise that it's the club's existence in the top league that's at stake and their wages, and let's not forget that the loyalty of the Hibernian fans has been stretched....and is almost irretreivable, if...

I suppose this will go the way of every other STF thread, he saved us we'd die if he wisnae here, he disnae have to do anything, he said he wouldn't, he's not a football man blah blah blah. So i will have another try, is he doing enough, what more could he do? Should he be doing more?

  7. Playmakers

It's not something new and it certainly isn't rocket science but every team really does need that one midfield player who is always looking for the ball and always looking to get attacks started and finished. A midfield full of hard-working grafters (and I'm not saying our midfielders are...

  9. Fitness First

Why do we not stop signing unfit players? There seems to be little point in signing a professional footballer who is unfit on the off chance that he might eventually become so. They have a commodity to sell and it isn't lard.
