I don't think Kane has been the same since his first major injury, even my Spurs supporting wife is hoping they can find a club daft enough to pay big money for him to finance a re-build. Deli Ali has struggled for the last year as well.....This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

We’d be absolutely raging if Hibs defenders made all those individual errors in one match. These boys are worth millions. John Stones looks like he’s been picked out from the crowd. Neville, Caragher and Redknap ripping the England team to bits. Lovely.

Excellent! A whole year before we have to hear "it's coming home" all the time, every day, everywhere for a whole month.

It did make me laugh how important this Cup became.
I think I heard the commentary mention a “major Semi Final”.
Behave.

Disgusted at that pathetic display from England last night, not only did I have to suffer the pathetic defensive display, I then had to listen to my 25 year old son pissing himself laughing all night whilst singing “it’s coming home” to wind me up! I’m away to support Cyprus😞

Yes. It's all one way, right enough.
When we played England at Hampden there wasn't a hint of trouble on the train from Glasgow central to mount florida and there were about 4 or 5 England fans on our carriage. Just banter and they were laughing about it. Infact i dont think there was much trouble the whole day or on the other 3 occassions the two have met in the last decade.
When you get it rammed down your throat that "jock football is ***** and pub league level" they should expect it back when they ultimately do what they always do on the international stage and bottle it when it matters.

It’s certainly not all one way.
They bring the “ hatred “ on themselves at any rate. Most countries or supporters in other countries detest them

We have ABE
England have SNP (Scotland’s Not Playing)
It’s called banter, and this is actual banter not racism or sectarianism some try to mask as “banter”
When it comes to international football I support 2 teams, Scotland and whoever plays England. My English in-laws and pals accept that and we all give as good as we get

The ABE thing is a lot more tame than it was when i was growing up in the 90's. Just shows how far we've fallen that it's not as big a rivalry as it once was. I've seen plenty Scottish people wearing England tops and supporting them during recent tournaments. Unsurprising with us not having qualified for anything since 1998 and the EPL rammed dowm our throats constantly. Same goes for club football. When i was at school you rarely saw an English club side top but now you rarely see a Scottish one being worn by youngsters. I remember mass celebrating when Southgate missed that penalty in Euro 96. It's definitely changed since.
