Shambles if trying to move seats by phone. Follow the instructions on the website and you'll find the ticketmaster staff don't have the ability to reallocate tickets and tell you to call and choose option 2, which is a pre recorded message telling you to email instead of calling.

Does anyone have the 0131 number for the ticket office?

I had one guy hang up on me when apparently looking for the booking office number and the other tell me there was nothing he could do even though option 2 isn't working. I get the feeling the Ticketmaster call centre is off-shore and ill-advised.

If the club didn't want to offer the option of ticket re-allocation by phone then fair enough - but at least let people know that so we don't have this situation.

    661 1875.

Just tried phoning and it doesn't even ring. Just goes to line busy and cuts you off.

Oh right. Didnt realise that. So the phone number hibs have provided doesn't work and there's no other number to use.

    Fantastic.

They can’t do it over the phone either so it’s in person or by email.

Quite pissed off about this shambles, I’ve been waiting for ages for a seat beside me to come free so I could move my laddies season ticket beside me, currently I need to move when he comes to games, one came free today but looks like after all this faffing around it’s gone again.

Stood in the queue for 5-10 minutes and never moved once before I had to give up so god knows how long people who are in that queue will need to wait to get served.

    Let me flag this.

Just gave both options 1 and 2 a try. 1 is getting through but clear process instructions need to be held by all that are covering our line - passing the buck to somewhere else is poor.

11.5k so far is extremely impressive

Passed the message on and I’ll make sure it is received at Ticketmasters end.

On a positive note there is some barry views and seats available now.

Thanks for picking up on this: as I say, no difficulty with there not being a phone option if it isn't practical to have one, but when people like me who can't be at the ticket office today seek to rely on it and it turns it isn't really functional then problems start to arise.

Option 2 now ringing out and thereafter a recorded message telling you to call back later. I wish there was a call queue rather than this setup!

Well, one of my good mates just bought a season ticket today for the first time in over a decade. Let's hope there are plenty more like that.

    Aye, it's a nonsense.

I either get it ringing out (if I'm lucky) or I get straight to the "the ticket office is busy, please send an email" and then cut off.

Plus your connection charge - whatever that amounts to.

I must have been very lucky, I rang about 10 mins ago, picked option 2 and was done and dusted within 3 minutes !

I am looking to see what seats are available to move to.

I have used my phone, IE and chrome.

It’s like Tynecastle all over again.

They are slow and unresponsive and this is the view I get on my phone.

    This is totally unworkable.

I have written to the club more than once about this.

On the morning of the latest Tynecastle debacle it took me nearly 20 mins to get in and buy tickets for Livi.
    My server almost timed out.
And then obviously the non sense surrounding the hearts game happened later that afternoon.

It’s been happening since before the Celtic cup game and it persists to this day.

They make it hard to spend your cash there.

It needs improved. A total joke.
