About twenty years ago I was in Bulgaria (no balconies involved). In a very nice restaurant the translated menu had “Ribs and Cabbage” as a specialty dish.

Even after an hour and two bottles of a very decent red and the help of a waitress as translator, I couldn’t persuade the chef to to do the right thing. 😂

Edit: the two bottles of wine were between the three of us. Probably different now though 😳
