If they have not had a finance plan it would impact on sales.

They are terrrible to watch just now and morale is low. I wouldn't be surprised if some of them are thinking long and hard about renewing, though one would imagine most will.

You spend that sort of money you get the chance to consolidate 6th place, nearly finish building a single tier megastand, sign guys like vanacek, keep paying Malaury Martin and still finish the season with a negative goal difference.

Did having a view of the castle and triple cooked chips help with sales?

The stadium announcer over there (think it is Scott Wilson) will still announce it’s another “Tynecastle sell-out” 😂

I think the whole big/wee team thing is a bit cringe.
But what does matter to me is having as many Hibs fans as possible, bringing as much money into the club as possible.
Hearts selling less, might mean we can push on a bit, more neutrals moving to Edinburgh might pick Hibs if we are seen as bigger/better.
I'm surprised the cup bounce has continued this long, but let's keep it going a while longer!
    GGTTH!

I think a lot of them will wait until after the cup final, if they do well a lot will buy but if celtic pump them then they wont renew until Levine is dropped.

Don't forget hot shot Craig Wighton. £250k transfer fee and the same goal tally as Vanecek (ZERO). Are there any other full salary duds keeping their heads down over at their rented training facilities?

They haven't needed to adjust their ways in the slightest. Since admin, over and above their season ticket and match day takings, they've spent £4m from Budge, £8m from FoH, and £10m from anonymous donor(s).
Drop in the ocean compared to what they used to go through !

  13. #42
Hopefully they're well beaten at Hampden to put even more of them off next season. I reckon we'll have 1000k + more STH's than them next season.

Malbury Martin still has another year on his lucrative contract!

Thats incredible. Can't believe they paid that for him.

They signed him to replace Cole the goal Stockton. All big teams need a zero scoring striker to keep the 4 goal strikers on their toes.

Especially when another mug is paying

Helipad's a goner as well then.

One day the club will listen, or Petrie will get a helicopter.

If I won the lottery, I won’t because I don’t bet, I’d buy a roof to go over ER

I tell you what struck me over the weekend, as I went to several places inside and outside Edinburgh enjoying the sunshine - how many kids you see wearing Hibs kits these days.

It might just have been the places I went (not exactly hotbeds of Hibs support most of them) but there were more of them than Hearts, Celtic and Rangers put together, many times over.

The only top I saw anything like as often was Barcelona.

This is surely a good sign regarding our support?

I'd imagine the only things that will significantly boost it are a Cup win or Levein getting his jotters

Lived there from the age of 6 months.

The doc was Hibs team doctor for a while and my old man's fishing buddy on and off down the years.

I was told by a rabid Jambo that they've sold 10,200 STs so far.

I have a strange feeling he's just heard the number Hibs announced, and added a few hundred to it.
    He's a slaverer.
