Panic over. Get back to worrying about Hibs.

30 degrees here and sunny. San Miguels in the fridge. Internet down all day. Need to buy a data back up for the phone for the game.

Atrocious conditions in Oban at the moment. 10 feet snowdrifts, the sea is frozen and Calmac ferries are stuck in the bay. The weather is still deteriorating too. The joys of living up here.
Just left Elgin. Heavy snow. Glad I am on train

I thought we were signing that ex Sellik player for a second

I'm just outside Falkirk too and it's not that bad, the roads are pretty clear if you drive with care.

    The game will be on.

Games at Easter Road are pretty much never postponed for snow in modern times. The exception to that was in the midst of “The Beast from the East” storm where non essential travel was greatly discouraged by authorities. Normal snow poses no threat for Hibs home games.

Assuming the away team can get there

Pre-internet, I remember as a kid watching Grandstand and them reporting that the Hibs game was cancelled due to weather conditions - I think it was against Motherwell.

My dads routine was golf in the morning, home for lunch, then off to the game - I told him the game was cancelled and he didn't believe me. We both went to the ground - and it was cancelled!

I also remember as a student in Aberdeen, on midweek games I'd often have to wait until getting into the library at college and reading the papers there the next day to find out what the Hibs result had been.

    Changed days.

Left my flat in Newhaven this morning and drove to work in Haddington and absolutely zero sign of snow. Beyond freezing though but as it stands now the game canny be in any real danger of being off. Unless Dundee United could potentially have bother getting down I suppose?

Hail or snow or thunderstorms I'd go.

...and didn't even get the result right sometimes. Remember being gutted reading we had lost to the sheep when in fact we had won!

    Changed days indeed.
Alcohol IS the answer, but I forget the question...

Just walked the dog up Arthurs seat. Bloody cauld but very bright at the moment.
On my way to the ticket office now to make sure my season ticket has been updated on the system to give access tonight then onto HTC for a game of fives. Back to Edinburgh for shower & scran then to the game. Perfect second half of the day.

If you didn't even have to use your A.K. that is a good day

    All quiet at HTC.
No sign of an unfamiliar defensive mid or a striker.

Wrap up well for tonight folk.
