I would imagine the transfer will go through, the buying club and the player are not at fault, the issue sits with the selling club not fulfilling their obligations. it would be very odd for the entities who have fulfilled their obligations to be negatively affected and I would imagine there would be mechanisms for Hibs and to a lesser extent Harry McKirdy to appeal a decision that prevented the signing from going through.

I'm not sure Will. Bad feeling about it. Paperwork late and these things seem cut and dried. Leicester denied for being 14 secs late. Can't see it matters which club were late.

My assumption is that Swindon tried to change the deal because they wanted more up front. Swindon took the huff when we asserted the original terms and subsequently they delayed the paperwork.

There's been a few aberrations recently to justify my hunch.

This thread, more than most others, is a speculative one. Out of the 500+ pages I bet only 1% of it turned out to be fact.

You are not alone fellow netter.

There's an increasing number of us long-in-the-tooth posters getting pretty fed up with people continually talking the club down at every opportunity. It's like a propaganda machine run by about a dozen posters who regularly back each other up. They never appear on happy threads or ones slagging the Pink Mob. Their latest claim is that fans will start to boycott matches which is in stark contradiction to solid ST numbers at home and great away supports.

I don't mind hearing the valid views of a few bedwetters, it's just the frequency and repetitive attacks on all things Hibs that's spoling the fun of this great forum.
