Mine was in my junk folder
Can confirm my email went to junk mail too. Same seat purchased. Right up top and at the back.

Hibs pass where the the games are shown is different from hibs tv. All season ticket holders will have access to hibs pass.
Ah right that makes more sense.

If you tell the parents about the 6 payment direct debit option they might decide to go down that route to avoid the interest.
Will do, thanks for the advice

Renewed but would like a confirmation email.
I didn't get one either mate...I logged into my account...looked at my history...clicked on the order and it gave me an option at the bottom to re-send the confirmation email, which I did and it arrived within a minute..
    Hope this works..

Are the gold, bronze and silver options for renewals only?

I read the thread on twitter where the guy was raging that "Hibs would take his money for a new ST but he wouldnt get to watch the matches live"

I appreciate some of our fans may not know the difference between Hibs Pass and Hibs tv, but do they really think Hibs would sell a new ST............during a pandemic where nobody gets in............and give them no way of seeing the football ?

Genuinely wonder how some people manage to get through normal life when I read some of the crap on twitter.................
Twitter is even more mental than here at times.

    United we stand here....

Maybe its just me being stupid but my email says log into your season ticket account and under the my account tab my seat details will be there. When I go in its not giving me any details of my existing seats. Anyone help?

I stupidly clicked instalment plan instead of direct debit. Is there a way, without contacting the ticket office to change now or do I just bite the bullet and pay extra.

Sure you are logged in? I logged in - then went to see ticket details, there was nothing, but noticed the log in option was back. Once I logged in the second time it worked.

I had to link my account to my client reference. It is a hassle when these changes come in but to be fair once I linked the new account with my client ref it all worked well

My profile is saying memberships none. I'm sure it should say season ticket. It has my client reference showing so not sure what's going on.
Apologies for all the replies, can't multiquote. Probably need to phone the TO tomorrow

Renewed via DD plan. Had to click the validate button a few times before it was processed but other than that all good.

Delighted to have renewed. The club piss me off time and time again, get pumped at daft times, don’t follow through with every promise but I’d absolutely not want to be anywhere else than ER when the time allows. I’ll still moan like **** when I get handed Hamilton but miss out on Hearts and Celtic.

Not yet - they’ll give 1 weeks notice when they decide.

£34 interest per adult ticket. Kind of blows the tenner that was suggested out of the water. And it’s all due on the 1st payment as well so not even £3pm as others said it would be.
That's right. Anything to stick it up the fans eh?

I did something similar and clicked the Direct Debit by mistake as my bank card is a Visa debit card and I just went in too quick. I sent an email by selecting return on the confirmation of purchase email and I got an automatic reply that they would be in touch asap. From what I read on here they are usually pretty prompt in getting back. (tickets@hibernianfc.co.uk)

That's mine bought, kinda excited at the prospect of getting back into watch some football. Can wait to get back to normal and travelling away to see Hibs too, you don't realise how big a part of your life and your mental wellbeing it is until it is taken away from you.

I think you’re being a bit harsh - at least they’re being up front on it and giving everyone a 1 week notice.

Cheers I have emailed them. The comms have been shocking imo on this years ST. The options for finance should have been made clear stressing what options were interest free and how you access those options

Sorry but disagree, the options were pretty straight forward and you get plenty chance to have a look at the different options before selecting what one you want

Just out of curiosity, how many fans do we think will get into each home game in August and September
