    Newell doesn’t do enough to play in a two IMO. We don’t have anyone with the energy and athleticism to compliment Gogic in a 2. 3-5-2 seems to only way to not lose the midfield most games and get 2 up top.

    It’s just the gamble. Sacrifice a bit of control in the middle and have good options in other bits of the park.

    So far it has worked in the other games. Easy to say putting another body in fixes it because you miss a player somewhere else.

    Motherwell are doing a decent job of putting us under pressure when we have the ball but we seem more intent to sit back and invite them to attack.

    I'm presuming our tactic is to counter attack, but it's not worked so far.
