    Trying to buy 2 tickets for Essen game & i am unable to do so. Message as above. Frustrating. Season ticket holder. Help ?

    My phone VPN allows me to bypass certain sites, sure ticketmaster is one of them

    Problem solved. Turned VPN off

    I was finally able to buy after turning off WiFi and buying them on mobile data. My payments kept coming up with issues too.

    Tried everything, cleared cache / vpn off / both iPad and iPhone getting the paused message…… even switched Wi-Fi off on phone and signed into account on 4G still can’t get in to buy a ticket 🤬

    Same happened to me, left it for half an hour , went back and it worked.

    Too impatient for that - tried the private tab option that safari allows and it worked 🍾

    Had a similar issue yesterday. Haven't tried again today but will give it a go tomorrow.

    Anyone know if tickets can still be printed off or do they have to be downloaded to phone?

    You have option to do either.

    Bought 3 yesterday and printed off the tickets from the confirmation email.

    I hope that the club has clear instructions as to how to deal with that hopefully they’re able to track issues and let folks know.
